Impressions or digital records
An accurate impression or scan is taken so the mouthguard is made specifically for the shape of your mouth. You may also be able to choose from available colours or designs.
Fitting your mouthguard
When it's ready, we check the fit, comfort and coverage, make any minor adjustments and show you how to insert, remove, clean and store it correctly.
Aftercare
Caring for your mouthguard
Rinse it with cool water after every use and clean it gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap or a suitable mouthguard cleaner. Avoid hot water, direct sunlight or a hot car — heat can soften or distort the material. Store it in a firm, ventilated container, let it dry between uses, and keep it away from pets. Check it regularly for:
- Cracks, splits or tears
- Rough or sharp edges
- Changes in fit
- Areas that have become thin
- Signs of chewing through the material
- Persistent odour or discolouration
